CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY: If you need to cancel your shoot, no problem! Things happen. If it is within 3-days from your scheduled shoot, and you DO NOT want to reschedule, I will issue you a full refund of your sitting fee. If it is less than 3-days from your scheduled shoot, I will issue you a 75% refund of your sitting fee. If you simply want to reschedule your shoot, you may do so at anytime. Just give me a call!

After your shoot is complete, and you have reviewed your portrait and decide you do not like it for any reason, I will issue you a 50% refund of your sitting fee. I have yet to have this happen! I am a professional afterall… ;~) But, if you just don’t like your portrait, I am happy to issue you a 50% refund of your initial fee. I hope you understand, an awful lot of work and costs go into the preparation of your shoot, the shoot itself, the development, scanning and processing of the negative just to get it to a place where you are able to review it.  Ultimately, I want you to be happy and satisfied and will do whatever it takes to make that happen…
